Agent stuck on/creates multiple "updating project"

Agent seems to get stuck on “updating project” after longer sessions, can respond if you tell it to stop current active prompt - But as soon as you ask it to do something new - it writes no output message and starts working on the project again, but previous workloads are still ongoing - yet creates a new one.
